NOX is a family-owned carpentry company providing detailed installations for the region's best building professionals and homeowners. We're proud to have served the DMV area for over two decades.

With disciplined skills, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence, we elevate architecture, create a positive job site experience, and support our community with work that speaks for itself.
Family and Beginnings
While Steve was a history major at Clarion University, he began learning about the basics of construction through family members in Pennsylvania. Shortly after Steve and Jenn were married, he was offered a position at a construction firm in Virginia. Gaining a more detailed understanding of construction methods and business models at that firm gave him the confidence to launch his own company in 2000. Jenn has been at Nox Construction since its launch, learning how to set up the business through the local SBA development center. In 2022, their son Vincent joined the company.

Shortly after Steve and Jenn were married, he was offered a position at a construction firm in VA. Gaining a more detailed understanding of construction methods and business models at that firm gave him the confidence to launch his own company in 2000. Today, he handles production, estimation, and oversight at the company.

Vincent has always been interested in construction and has grown up hearing “shop-talk” daily. He elected to study Building Trades at Patriot High School in Virginia, with a focus on carpentry. Vincent credits watching a construction video on repeat as a child (as well as putting together Legos). for his interest in the industry. Vincen

Vincent is part of the site installation team and steers field/flow coordination.

Ashley majored in mass communications with a concentration in public relations at Virginia Commonwealth University. She has a passion for writing and social media. She enjoys telling stories through the use of strategic communication. At Nox, she uses her interest and skills in these areas to help the company and the Fullers tell their story.
